Random crashes with error messages

I recently built the following machine, and I'm using WinXP Professiona

Asus A7N8X-E Delux
Athlon 3200+ (2.2gHz
Kingston 512mb DDR400 (3 sticks
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (256mb

Since building this machine, I've had nothing but random crashes on a regular basis. Crashes ONLY occur when I'm using my machine for gaming. (it's intended purpose) Normal use, like surfing the internet does not cause crashes. I've disabled automatic restart in start-up and recovery but still the random reboots occur. I've save some of my error messages. They can be seen below. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Avocet,
Are you running the latest drivers for your Radeon card and Motherboard?
If not I would suggest downloading and installing the latest drivers from
here:
Radeon - http://www.ati.com/home/online/CatalystXPdriver.html
Motherboard - http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_3.13

If you still crash with the latest drivers send the most recent minidump(s)
from you new crashes located at c:\windows\minidump to (e-mail address removed)
I will analyze the dumps and get back to you with my findings and any
suggestions I can make on how to fix the problem(s).
