Crashes (BSOD)

Running an Dell Precision 650 Stand Alone computer. I have came in serveral
times to find it sitting at the BSOF. Here is some of the data from the
manifest files. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

I'm Running AMD 3.0Ghz with XP SP 2 using D-Link dial-up modem, but everytime when I connect to internet, and open winamp or media player, or Words (office) or other programs, my pc restart.
Why is that ? I've checked using Norton Systemwork 2005 there's no virus, my firewall is off.
The strange is, when I'm not opening the winamp, or media player, or words, and just connect to internet and just browsing using IE or Firefox, the PC didn't restart !! only when I open other program the PC restart ....

This is the error log, I hope someone can help me...
