error messages

I have Windows XP Home edition. i have had no trouble, until about a month ago when my PC was left on all night. i hav run several diagnostic tests, but PC is still going slow. When I select 'start', or 'control panel' or any other function, it takes anywhere from 5 - 10 minutes for the computer to react...and it takes at least that long after I shut the computer down for it to actually turn off completely.
I wrote down the error messages that come up every time I turn the PC on...
-DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\msjet35.dll is not a valid Windows image
-Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)
-DLL C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\OLEDB32R.DLL is not a valid Windows image
-Failure to load resource DLL C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\OLEDB32R.DLL
-SPRINGFLD_ADV_DAEMON: mswkscal.exe - Bad Image OLEDB32.DLL
-Calendar can't find one or more files it needs to run
-DLL C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNCoreFiles\micore.dll is not a valid Windows image (msn6.exe)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Before you do anything else:

1) Run an up to date anti-virus software and scan your system for any
possible viruses. Clean up any viruses found.

2) Run a spyware/malware removal software. Ad-Aware 6 and Spybot are two
softwares of this type. Clean off any spyware/malware found.

3) Install a firewall between your PC and your Internet connection. This
should stop other people from accessing your PC from your Internet
connection.

Then, you could do a repair re-install of your XP.
