"Failed to load resource DLL C:\Program Fils\Common Files\System\Ole DB\OLEDB32R.dll"

When opening Outlook the following message:

"Failed to load resource DLL C:\Program Fils\Common Files\System\Ole DB\OLEDB32R.dll"
Uninstalling Office doesnt solve it nor does using the Help--> Detect and Repair tool.

Failed to load resourse DLL C:\Progran Files\Common Files\Ole DB\OLEDB32R.DLL

When i tried to launch MO Outlook,such message appears:"Failed to load resourse dll C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ole DB\OLEDB32R.dll". Then i followed standard recomended different instructions,but message appears any time. Next i simply run "Find" from "start"menu and past OLEDB32R.dll. File was founded in folder:c\config\msi.Copy and
past this file in c\progr.file\common files\system\ole db. And no any problem with MO.
