Error Message: "The System Could Not Log You On"

When I restart my computer, an error message appears that says: "The system
could not log you on. Make sure your User name and domain are correct, then
type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the
correct case."

After I click the OK button, the Welcome window appears.

QUESTION: How can I get rid of the error message? I know that my User name
and domain are correct, and I do not need a password to logon!
