how to dissable automatic logon?

One of my soho computer kept trying to logon automaticaly to a 'user name'.
I need to have the welcome screen back on.

I chaged the password of the 'user name', it does not work. loggon error
message appears 'the system could not loggon. Make sure your user name and
domain are correct, .... etc.. :-(

Type "control userpasswords2" ENTER
Check "Users must enter..."
Click OK and follow prompts.
