The system coul not log on.

Help I don't know what to do. I cannot log on to the computer. The error
message is (The system could not log on. Make sure your user name and domain
are correct, Then type your password again. Letters in password must be typed
using correct case.) I don't know the name or password and do not have a
rescue disk. Please Help Me . Tahnk You. Antonia
