Encoding

Hi to ALL,

I am using Outlook 2007 and receive messages in different languages, which
it shows in strange characters. Before this version we use to have the
option by going to view and Encoding and choose the language and immediately
the text changes to that language. Now we don't see the Encoding option in
view menu any more. Where is it, and if its not any more there, what is the
alternatives.
