Chinese Character

Cannot read Chinese Character in Microsoft Outlook 2003. Chinese Character
appear as ???????.

I use the latest service pack 3.

Check encoding and Regional Language is fine.

Is this an incoming message? What is the encoding used?

You also must run Outlook in Unicode mode; see this article for details

However, even without Unicode mode, or earlier versions of Outlook, the
body text should display fine if the encoding is correct. If the body
text is broken, then I suspect an encoding issue.
