Fully eliminating "Install on Demand" (Internet explorer) popups

When I browse email messages in m$ Outlook folders, and highlight some
messages (even without opening it), Outlook show nasty prompt to download
the appropriate fonts: - "Install on Demand" (Internet explorer) - "To
display language characters correctly you need to download and install the
following components: Chinese (Traditional) Text Display Support." After
this, Outlook hungs up, so need be closed via ctrl-alt-del. Emails itself
is't on Chinese, but it seems contains some Chinese language characters.
How to completely disable this senseless feature?

In Outlook Express I fixed this via

Tools | Options | Read | International
"Use default encoding for all incoming messages"

How to make the same thing for m$ Outlook?

How is this a "senseless feature"? How are you going to read the Chinese
message if you don't install the appropriate fonts? (And it has nothing
to do with the characters in the message, but with the encoding it is
sent with. If there are no Chinese characters in the message, then ask
your communication partners not to send messages with Chinese encoding.)

It's not a bug; it is intentional, and very useful. Why do people send
you messages with Chinese encoding when there is no Chinese data in it?

This is not a bug, but there is a very easy workaround: Let the Chinese
language support install once, and you will never see the pop-up again.
