Encoding problem in Outlook 2007

I have both english version of Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2007. I have
reasons, however, to use Windows with Language for non-Unicode Programs
option set to Korean. The problem is that whenever I try to send out an email
written in English using Outlook the content gets messed up because of the
encoding problem. Then again, if I set my language option to English, I don't
get any problems. Please help.

Encoding does not happen automatically due to the content of a message;
*you* have to set the encoding. You can set it for all messages
(International Options), or for each outgoing message.
