E-mail server settings.....?

I cannot send e-mails using windows mail! I have internet explorer through
Charter and for some reason everytime I try to send mail I get an error
message saying something about the settings may be wrong for my outgoing STML
server. I can recieve e-mails but I cant send any! It's drivin me crazy!!!!
Any hel would e grealy appreciated!!

Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
