Duplicate object when printing

J

Jason M

When printing from Windows 2000 to a laser color printer,
all slides that have picture from files are duplicated on
one page. It compresses the image and duplicates the
object. When printing from an XP machine, the image is
not duplicated and prints fine. When I preview the image
using both 2000 and XP, the preview is fine, but the
print is not.

Any suggestions?

This sounds like a print driver issue. Check the printer manufacturer's web
site for driver updates.

I'm not sure if its the same issue but it also may be the
spool settings on your printer driver..change it to none(print directly to
printer) so it doesnt use the spooler.
get to them through the printer control panel rigght click properties
