Duplicate Email Containing attached pictures

I am using Windows XP Home SP3

Whenever I send a photo by Email I Right Click on the file and select Send
To | Mail Recipient.

The recipient of this is receiving duplicate copies of the email message
containing the attached picture. I tried sending one to myself to see if I
got the same results and I did. One message sent . . . two duplicate
messages received.

I also send pictures from Picasa with the same results.

I would appreciate any suggestions for correcting this.

Best to ask the experts in the relevant EMail newsgroup. What do you use?
Outlook? Outlook Express? Incredimail? Other? Which version?
 
Thank you, I will post this in the Outlook Express Newsgroup but thought
since I was using the Windows Explorer to send the mail that might be the
problem and it might have a solution here.
