driver upgrade from windows me to windows xp

My scanner won't work in xp, it worked o.k in me, i think
i need to download a new driver for it but don't know how
to find it. The scanner is a sony, model FU661E, hope you
can help

It's a Visioneer scanner (supplied to you by Tiny). It's actually a 4400.
