Dreaded Normal.dot dialog message problem

Thanks to all the HELPFUL postings about the normal.dot problem occuring in
Word 2003. My Word 2003 Problem fixed.

However, now I am having the same problem in Outlook 2003 using XP Pro Using
Word as my Email Editor.

My problem: After sending an email, then closing down Outlook, I get this,
DREADED, following message:Changes have been made that affect the global
template, Normal.dot. Do you want to save those changes?"

No changes were made that would effect the global template.

Could be because of an add-in you've got installed as well. Does it go away
when you press Yes?

I removed all the add-ins.

I mean in; does it still return the next time you close Outlook after you
told it to save the changes?

Yes, it appears always but only when I click NEW. It appears whether I
write an email, or just click NEW and delete the empty email.

As soon as I close Outlook, the message appears. The message does not appear
if I just read emails.
