Modified Normal.dot

I recently modified my Normal.dot and it works just fine when using it. My
issue comes while using Outlook and forwarding a mail message. Now that the
Normal.dot has been changed, my e-mail header information no longer appears
when I forward a message or reply to a mail message. If I change the
Normal.dot back to it's original state, the header shows up as it always did.

Does anyone know how to fix this quirk while using my modified Normal.dot?

My Outlook uses Word to edit mail messages.
