In a company environment, XP Pro, MS Office 2003, Exchange server
some users experiencing this issue. Then they click the button "new" -
computer thinks around 30-60 sec. If clicked second time - it works fine. If
I quit Outlook - I have this issue again. If I do not use Word as email
editor - works fine. My account on a newly imaged computer works fine.
Reinstalling the Office did not change anything. Deletion of normal.dot
either.
Can someone help?

Is Outlook 2003 configured in cached mode?

The only other thing I can think to check is what 3rd party addins are
installed in Word 2003.

Yes, in cached.
There are addins, like adobe, winzip. Thanks for the advice, I'll check then
in the office.

Thanks, Neo

That was close.
I find out, what every employee uses a link to a site in the autosignature,
and that site is intermittently slow.
Simple and stupid.
Thanks again.
