downloaded program

I have a downloaded program from Broderbund called
Birthday Collection located in Common Files. Also, I see
it in Shared Files. I have Broderbund American
Greetings, and I thought the downloaded program was to
work with the Greetings. But I have no access to it.
Any suggestions?

Jean, I don't know exactly what it was you downloaded but I would suspect
it's a free standing program that needs to be installed and is not tied to
any previous Broderbund programs you have.

Go back to Broderbund's site where you found the program. Look for
installation and other related instructions.
