What can cause the following error message when I try to
install Broderbund's 3D Landscape 4.0
:--Unable to create a directory under c:\Program
Files\Broderbund\3D Home Landscape Designer 4.0. Please
check write access---?

I have administrator access rights.

You should check with Broderbund's tech support. Look on their website
for user forums, too. Is this an older program?
