Hello,

After I reformated my hard drive and reinstalled Windows XP I can not
download anything. I can still surf the web, but as soon as I try to download
it gets stuck after a few seconds.

Spoke to Microsoft support, but they could not help me. Any assistance is
appreciated.

Nik, I downloaded AOL Free 3 months service from then I have not been able to
download anything into my CD-Rom music or CD-Roms. I had My Computer
completely repaired 1 week prior to this and in calling him he suggested I
restore my computer back to the day before I downloaded AOL. This did NOT
work for me, so AOL is paying for a vendor. I did go back in and did a
un-restoration which gave me back AOL and all I had prior to the retore. I
was thinking maybe prior to your reformating you could try the retore in The
Device Manager and see if you got back your CD downloads. If not you could
always un-retore in Device Manager. To get direction go to properties under
your CD-ROM drive to trobleshoot.
ANYONE have any suggustions for me?

Good Luck,
Mis
