July 14 my download manager suddenly quit working - is
there any way to re install it or download the same?

If Windows default downloading is not working, try doing a repair.
You may want to also check for viruses and malware so see if that's
the reason for it now working.

If you're talking about fixing a third party download manager, then
you should just be able install it again (go to their web site to get
it again). I can recommend DownloadStudio (www.conceiva.com) as a
great download manager. Tons of features and nice user interface.

Chris.

It may have quit working because it is shareware and dies after a bit. Unless you own it then ask the manufacturer.
