download gets stuck at 99% for ANY file.

im using windows xp with the sp2 rc1 pack. My browser
version is 6.0.2900 and has sp2 on there. Thanks for any
replies.

ps: i've tried to disable every addons but to no avail.

Remove all the files from your TEMP folders. Make room on the HD.

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) And make sure the Cache is large enough to accept the
download.
