It has to do with a windows validation. The diagnostic said VLK blocked in
red lettering. this is it:

It means Volume License Key, and, unless you are in a corporate environment
that has a legitimate Volume License program, it normally means you have a
pirated copy of Windows.

It means that you need to talk to whoever licenced and installed that
software for you on an urgent basis.
