Windows 7 My C: is nearly full.

Recently I made some changes to my pc. I created a user for myself as administrator. But I did something wrong because before the change I had a usage rate on C of about 7 GB in use, now I have a usage rate of about 6GB "free" of 99.9. After I made the new user I tried to change the password for another user but got locked out. I also lost my old user with all my files on it. Since I had a backup I used it and loaded it on my new user. But now I have used nearly all my disk space on C. Anybody know what I can do? Thanks. See diag.

I went back in to Computer and this time my Hard Disk Drives usage reads 75.1 gb free of 99.1 and I did nothing to my pc. I did notice, however, that the Hard Disk Drives now reads (2). So does that mean there is a (1) that perhaps could show high usage? How do I pull up the usage on (1)? Very confused!
