Disconnecting Connection

I have a Win2K Pro machine that has a small post office
on it for Microsoft Mail, sometimes users cannot connect
because it has ten current connections. Is there a way to
kick a user off, so another user can login. A lot of
people are walking away and leaving machines
connecting and not using them, I want to be able to disconnect
these machines from The Win2K machine.
