Disabling RAS

Hi,

I want to block users that have modem to make their machine RAS server; the
users are Administrators on their machines so I will do it from the GPO.
Which service I need to disable "Remote Access Auto Connection Manager" or
"Remote Access Connection Manager"? (The users need the ability to create
outgoing dial up connections).

Thanks

If you can prevent them from starting the "Routing and Remote Acess"
service, then they cannot host RAS servers on their machines. I don't
believe this will affect the ability to create client connectiods but you
can verify this by testing it.
