HELP! RAS & DHCP!

i have a win2k DHCP server and it keeps running out of addresses. I don't
have RAS configured anywhere on my network, but it keeps assigning IP's to
RAS connections! i've tried everything I can think of to keep this from
happening, including disabling the local WINS. (still have WINS on 2 other
servers) i've disabled remote access auto connection manager in the GP for
the domain as well. can anyone give me some insight into this problem? I have
to go in 2 times a day and delete the DHCP IP addresses assigned to RAS, or
else I run out of IP addresses and people start having logon issues!! help
please!
thanks

not sure the issue, but if you don't want DHCP assign IP to the client, you can use static ip address pool. check this page for more details,

How to setup VPN
Open RRAS, right-click on the RRAS server>Properties>IP. You will have two options,
DHCP and Static address pool. How to schedule to connect and disconnect ....

If DHCP is leasing IP addresses for RAS, something on your network must
be set up to receive remote connections. The default action for a remote
access server is to lease IP addresses from DHCP. It doesn't have to be a
server. Workstations can also be configured to provide remote access, and
any workstation configured this way will lease an extra two IP addresses
from DHCP (one for the client and one for its end of the connection). If you
are losing 10 or more addresses at a time it must be a server set up as a
remote access server somewhere.

thanks, thats put me a little closer to solving the issue, is there any easy
way to track down the source? I have checked the servers and RRAS isn't
configured on them, and I have over 100 pc's that could have changed settings.
