Different Caption Format?

Hello

I have inserted a table, then a caption using the format:
"Include Chapter Number"

Now after inserting the "list of table" the entries are correct:
Table 1.1 - Xyz
Table 2.1 - Abcd

Now the problem is that when I am in the "Appendix" section of my document,
the tables have caption as:
"Table 0.1 - Xyz"

Can I for the chapters have a certain format for caption numbering, say:
Table Ch.Num, and for Appendix to have numbering as:
Table N, Table N+1, etc...
