desperate ICS client problem

I cant connect the intenet on my client computer

my host computer (internet works fine) has been configure manually as follow:
IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: none
DNS Server = none
My client computer has been configure manually as follow:
IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS Server = 192.168.0.1 and i have try to do test with my ISP DNS also.

in both computers i have XP pro SP2 and for the test i have disable the
firewalls, despite the resam i have opend all nessary port 80 ,443 ,DNS, and
.... . i i have also open the the share files option in the exception tab on
hte firewall.

on my client coputer i am getting the internet gateway ICON on NETWORK
CONNECTIONS and it's looks fine.
(From my client computer) I have tried to make ping to 192.168.0.1 and it OK.
When i try to ping internet address like ping 216.239.39.99 i am geting
request timed out.

Please help to run internet from my client computer !!!

Hi Sharon,

Your host computer needs 2 network cards to enable ICS. If this is the case,
enable ICS on this computer. Configure the client computer to receive it's IP
address via DHCP (the ICS computer will supply the IP address to the client).
There is no need to open any ports on the Windows Firewall - close them. Hope
this helps.

Your client needs a different IP than the host. Assign it 192.168.0.2 and
see what happens (leave everything else the same).

Sorry DAN but i had typing mistake, my Client computer have IP address
192.168.0.2 as you mentioned.

On my host computer i have cable modem with 2 networks adpters one
conntecting calbe modem (make the ICS) and other for make connection with my
client computer.
