Deleting - Printing status

Hi guys

I have a print queue on a Server. The printer ran out of ink, jobs got
backed up. I cleared the jobs (for various reasons) and replaced the
cartridge.
However, I have a print job with a status of Deleting - Printing and I
cannot shift it at all.
I have checked c:\windows\system32\spool\printers, but see nothing in there
that points toward this queue (or any of the others for that fact)
How can I manually delte this print job/and or queue?
Thanks!

More info:
stopped restarted spooler service, no joy. Internal NIC MIO card is being
used to connect the printer to the network and it is an HP1200n

Problem now resolved - thanks anyway!
Much starting and stopping of service (spooler) and deleting of print queue
(not port) and hey presto.. fiddly problem..
