database error

can't open a web address...got an error message that
reads - address is blocked due too many connection errors.
Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts. Please advise
 
It means the site is overloaded and you'll have to wait. Nothing you can do
on your end except try the site when there is less traffic.
