Errors on a web page

I am constantly getting this error for a particular web
page
Host '10.0.11.12' is blocked because of many connection
errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
What am I supposed to do?
Please help

Hi, Ashok. See my answer to your previous post. It's a good idea to keep
posts in *one* thread and be patient while waiting for answers. Today
is the Christmas holiday for a lot of people.
