mysqladmin flush-hosts

I am constantly getting this error for a particular web
page
Host '10.0.11.12' is blocked because of many connection
errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
What am I supposed to do?
Please help

I Googled this and got about 53,000 links, almost all of have to do with
pr0n sites. The error seems to be connected with the client computer
being unable to properly connect to a database server - I say "seems"
because most of the links are not in English and unfortunately I only
speak English. My guess is that if you are visiting an adult site for
which you have paid, then you should contact their webmaster for help.
If you are *not* doing this, then it certainly wouldn't hurt to run the
usual spyware removal tools and antivirus programs.
