Cut and Paste does not work after sp install

We are running W2k TS server sp4 with citrix metaframe 1.8
sp3 with unix clients. After installing sp4 for windows
and sp3 for metaframe cut and paste no longer works. There
are several postings about this with some saying it is
a .dll error but no fixs, Has anyone seen a fix for this.

Does this happen for all clients, including admins?

Can you verify that clipboard mapping is turned on?

Hmm...so we obviously (or at least most likely) have a
permissions problem here.

You mentioned some pople with a dll problem. Can you post
the information or links to that?

Alternatively, you culd try running regmon or filemon from
www.sysinternals.com as an admin while a normal user
experiences this problem curing a cut and paste job. You
might be able to see, in the output of filemon or regmon,
that there are access denied error messages when the user
is trying to access certain dlls or files or registry
entries.
