Citrix ICA slow, RDP works great.

I have an Windows 2000 Server with SP4 and Citrix
Metaframe XP 1.0 with SP3 installed. I am running it
without any feature releases. I haven't had any issues up
until just 1 week ago. I am not sure what happened --a
possible MS update could have caused the problem...i have
no idea. The logs don't tell me anything. If I log onto
the server via remote desktop (RDP) it works 100%, no
problems.

Symtoms thru ICA are:

Clicking start button or double clicking on desktop icon,
takes about 5 seconds for it go thru. When i type it
always comes on the screen 5 seconds after.

Please help!!! Anyone???!!! thanks so much

there is a hotfix from MS I think that fixes this.
