similar messages when closing excel

first i also had a message like this when i closed word
after a complete reinstall from office, word is ok now.
But unfortunately problem still exists when i close excel and powerpoin

i'm using win xp as os, (installation on brand new pc

any ideas

Do you have any addins loaded? Try disabling them by renaming all *.PPA
files to *.old and see if that resolves it. If so, you can name them back to
*.PPA one at a time until you can isolate the problem addin.

i solved it. by disabling the adobe acrobat add in the problem was solved in powerpoin
in Excel i still had the proble
after i uninstalled acrobat full version completely, excel is also working fine
