Powerpoint 2003 cannot startup

Hi,

For some reason Powerpoint 2003 started failing on startup, with the
error
message: (Microsoft Office PowerPoint has encountered a problem and
needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience). I do send the reports,
but then
it asks me to start in safe mode. When I run the porgram in safe mode,
the program fails again. Here is the error report:

Any solutions to this problem?
