Unable to end MS Powerpoint program

My computer runs with WindowXP and MS Powerpoint 2003 (11.8110.8107) SP2.
I could start Powerpoint and porcess my document. However, everytime when I
ends the prgram, it pops ip an error report with the information as follows:

Anyone could help?

Yes, I have clicked on Help >Detect and Repair. It started to check and
install something. But after, the problem persisted.

It is when I ended the PPT, a window popped up saying PPT has encountered
problem and contained two buttons for reporting or not reporting the problem.
And no matter I click either button, the ppt porgram closed and restarted
again.
The report information is as my last posting.

I have downloaded and installed a file "tcscconv.msi" for inter-conversion of
Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese and Adobe Acrobat 8 professional
which is added on the PPT program.

What is the culprit and how to solve it then?
