To your computer, a wireless keyboard and mouse (assuming PS/2 or USB) are
no different than the wired keyboard and mouse. All the special equipment
is outside the scope of the computer itself.
Have you made sure the device and their receivers are on the same channel
and have new batteries? Do they have any dip switches or do they have
"connect" buttons?
Shenan, thankyou for helping me out, I have done all the steps and checked batteries and reset buttons, I will try from the start once again once I get the chance but for now I will use the reliable corded keyboard. Again Thankyou for getting back to me on this.
