Contacts failed to load !!

Dear friend

I have windows Vista Ultimate edition. One day when I try to open my windows
email I faced with these error messages :

1- Contacts failed to load,
2- windows mail could not be started. the application was unable to
initialize the windows contacts. your computer may be out of memory or you
disk is full (0x8004104e)
3- windows mail could not be started because MSOE.dll could not be
initialized.

but my hard disk and memory are free ,
please let me know how can i reach my emails ?

After searching the registry for Contact, I discovered that my Program
Files\Common Files\System was missing the file wab32.dll.

I copied this file from another Vista installation and my problem is solved.

have the problem.
How do I get the wab32.dll if I don't have another vista?

In Windows Live Mail, open Contacts, press Alt to show the File menu,
click File, Import, select "Address book for current Windows user".
