Computer Won't Shutdown and Restart

Hi everyone,

I use a Windows XP Home Edition computer at work with SP2 instaled. About a
month or so ago, when I use the "turn off computer" from the start menu and
click re-start the computer goes through all of the shut down sequences
until the last screen message saying "Windows is shutting down" then thats
it it won't shut down or even restart I have to use the re-set button to get
it to re-start again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
