Computer wont logon

Everytime I try to log on to my computer is get an error
Stop: C000021a {fatal system error} The windows logon
process system terminated unexpectedly wiht a status of
oxc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000 the system has been
shutdown. Anyone know how i can fix this problem? Thanks

Boot from CD and log into Recovery Consol

Copy C:\Windows\repair\sam c:\Windows\system32\config\sa

Reboo

If you can't log into Recovery Consol

Boot to Safe Mod
Go to Adminstrative Tools in Control Pane
Open Local Security Polic
Expand Security Setting
Expand Local Policie
Highlight Security Option
Locate and double click - Recovery Console : Allow automatic adminstrative logon polic
Set it to Enabl

Reboot to CD and log into Recovery Consol

Copy C:\Windows\repair\sam c:\Windows\system32\config\sa

Reboot
