Was your computer occasionally freezing before you attempted to download SP
2? If so, then your computer has a problem that needs to be fixed before you
download SP 2.
If the computer froze while downloading SP 2, it is likely that you lost
your connection to Microsoft's server. Restart your computer, reconnect to
Windows Update, and start the download again. SP 2 will pick up exactly
where it left off.
