Completely messed up computer.

Internet Explorer kept having spyware. Nothing I used
could get rid of it so I decided to download Netscape,
remove Internet Explorer, and then download Internet
Explorer again. Well, when I went to remove Internet
Explorer up came the window that said I had to restart the
computer for the program to be completely removed. When I
restarted my computer up came a window that said "The
procedure entry point AssocIsDangerous could not be
located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll" so hit
enter and up pops a window that says "The Logon User
Interface DLL msgina.dll failed to load. Contact your
system administrator to replace the DLL, or restore the
original DLL." So I scrounged up my XP disk, and popped
it in the CD Drive. When I restarted the computer up
came "Press any key to load from disk..." So I do so and
up comes a screen asking my how I want to launch windows.
I have to use the arrow keys to pick which way I want in
like 30 seconds. Well my arrow keys don't work so it
loads as normal and and the same two windows pop up. I
have tried to use the arrow keys about 15 times, never
works. I have no idea what to do. Is there anyone who
cane help me?

Try rebooting your computer hitting f8 as it boots. then choose last known
good
