I uninstalled IE and was going to reinstall, but I had to
restart my computer. After doing so, I am not gettin an
error stating:

winlogon.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point AssocIsDangerous could not be
located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll.

Then I hit OK.

After I hit OK, another window appears, stating:

User Interface Failure

The Logon User Interface DLL msgina.dll failed to load.

Contact your system admin to replace the DLL, or restore
the original DLL.

The only option the window gives me is to restart.

I have a Windows XP Upgrade disk that will allow me to
use the "repair" option if I boot it up with the CDROM
option. After I hit "r" though, I have no clue what to
do. Its says:

1. C:\Windows

Which Windows installation would you like to log onto?

Doesnt ask for password ? Press enter key if it does,type:CHKDSK C: /
When its thru type:EXI
You might go to run after,type:cmd Then type:Sfc /Scanno
When the graph starts,install xp cd,exit info page,when its thru,remove xp c
type:EXI
Restart computer.

It asks "Which Windows installation would you like to log
onto?"

I find I can hit 1 and it'll ask me For a password. I
typed in the one you suggested and said it was invalid.

You logon to windows installation 1 which is the only
option given. You will then be asked for your
administrator password and will be taken to a list of
options.
