compatibility mode warning after renaming iexplore.exe

we are running ie version 6. i renamed iexplore.exe to iexplore2.exe, and
when i run it, it says, "This is being run in compatibility mode and not
all features are enabled." what features are disabled?

in case you are wondering why i renamed the exe, i'm running an experiment
to bypass errors caused by mcafee anti-virus blocking iexplore.exe from
running in the temp folder.

It is possible that no features are disabled.

Simply renaming iexplore.exe may have caused the compatibility mode warning.
