IE 6.0 Compatibility Mode Message

When I start IE, I get a window entitled "IE
Compatibility Mode." The content of the window
reads: "This is being run on compatibility mode and all
features are not ebaled."

Could someone help me to fix this issue?

Never seen a compatibility mode for IE 6.

How to Install and Use Compatibility Mode in Internet Explorer 5
You can use Compatibility mode to run an IE4-compatible browser
"side-by-side" with IE5.
