Compatibility Mode?!

Hi. I run Win ME with IE 6 Sp1. Recently I have started
receiving a message upon starting IE that I am in
Compatibility Mode (and that not all features are
enabled). I tried doing a search in IE Help, but came up
blank. Anyone have any idea what it is and how to turn it
off? What are the other "modes?"

Thanks,

samee
