changing many rules for incoming mails

I reached the maximum pst-file size around 2GB. To get round this problem I
opened a new personal file folder for Outlook 2003 and copied my old folder
into this.
However,
In the new folder I have two inboxed "inbox" as well as "inkorgen". All the
rules created in the old folder seem to be running based on the "inkorgen"
folder, whereas our Exhange server puts all the incoming mail inot
"inbox"-folder.
Is there a way to transfer all my rules to "Inbox" or do I have to recreate
all rules from scratch?

What configuration are you running?
Is the Exchange mailbox your defaul delivery location?

Our company is a small company with 5 users only. All incoming mail comes
through the exhange server.

And all mails will now b moved to another pst-file? Then the rules have to
be recreated/modified anyway regardless of the naming convention of the
folders. Simply reassigning the folder in the rule will do.

Actually it is the same pst-file but another folder within the newly created
pst-file for outlook 2003.

I'm not sure what you did here then but if the rules are delivering it to
the wrong folder you'll have to reassign the folders in the rules.

Note that in a secondary data store you are free to delete and rename any
folder except for the Deleted Items folder.
